When a trip is booked with Pacific Medical Transportation, we assign it to a driver and allocate the resources needed to execute the transport. As such, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as follows:

* Trips cancelled with 24+ hours notice from the trip time are fully refundable.
* Trips cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will receive a refund of 50%.
* Once a driver is en route or on site for the scheduled transport, the entire trip is non-refundable.
* By continuing with your booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
